Lawn Mowing & Maintenance Crew Member

Position Overview

Toadflax Nursery is seeking a dependable and hardworking Lawn Mowing & Maintenance Crew Member to join our landscape team. In this role, you will help maintain landscaping and grounds across multiple residential and commercial properties, delivering high-quality results that reflect our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and raking
• Install and replenish mulch
• Prune shrubs, hedges, and small trees
• Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and other landscape materials
• Maintain clean, neat, and professional-looking properties
• Operate and maintain small landscape equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
• Work efficiently to complete assigned properties on schedule

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Prior landscaping experience preferred but not required (training available)
