Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated horticultural professional who is ready to take on a dynamic role within a small, fast-paced company. The ideal candidate is passionate about plant health, detail-oriented, and has vast knowledge (and desire to continue learning) about lawn & plant health care. If there are gaps between service rounds, fine hand pruning & plant health care services will be assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute our lawn and plant health care programs.
Accurate reporting of services on a daily basis.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of field practices and sustainability standards at Jeffco.
Bonus: Annual reporting of pesticide applications.

Qualifications:

Category 3A technician or applicator.
Degree or coursework in horticulture, environmental science, or related fields.
2+ years of professional landscape/turfgrass experience with a focus on chemical applications.
Strong understanding and interest in turf and ornamental plant care.
Capable of field management and hands-on work.
Detail-oriented communicator & leader.
Clean record.
Bonus: Spanish speaking. Category 8 license. Knowledge/experience with organic lawn care programs.

Compensation & Growth:

Competitive pay based on experience. Ranging from $22.50-$32/hour with overtime opportunities.
