Lawn service needs route supervisor

Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Route Supervisor to lead our lawn service team.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily routes for lawn care and general maintenance tasks to maximize productivity and quality standards.
• Lead a team of technicians by providing clear instructions, training, and ongoing support to ensure safe and efficient work practices.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to verify adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and client specifications.
• Manage scheduling adjustments based on weather conditions or urgent client requests to maintain consistent service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, equipment usage, and inventory levels for reporting and operational planning.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, safety awareness, and continuous improvement among staff members.

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or related outdoor service industries IS A MUST,
• Strong background in lawn care is required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams efficiently.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including trimming, mowing, and edging.
• Familiarity with equipment maintenance and safety procedures related to outdoor power tools and machinery.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members effectively.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing weather conditions or project priorities while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Clean drivers license is a must. We check them. If we can’t insure you, we cannot use you.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $750.00 per week
