Lawn & Plant Health Technician – Certified Turf Care Pro

Beyond turf care, we provide comprehensive landscape plant health management, including customized fertilizer programs, proactive disease and insect control, and attentive monitoring of minor irrigation needs. Our holistic, detail-driven approach ensures every part of the landscape thrives and reflects the elevated standards of the properties we care for.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Turf Health & Product Application

  • Apply fertilizers, weed control, and pest control products according to label and plan
  • Identify turf problems like disease, compaction, or insect damage
  • Mix and measure products accurately for safety and effectiveness

Route Management

  • Review your daily schedule and navigate your route efficiently
  • Log services, recommendations, and property notes using our app
  • Treat each property like it’s your own—leave it looking sharp

Equipment & Safety

  • Operate ride-on spreaders, backpack sprayers, and other gear with care
  • Perform pre-trip inspections and report any issues
  • Follow all PPE and chemical handling safety procedures

Client Communication

  • Leave behind clear, helpful service notes after each visit
  • Communicate turf issues or upsell opportunities to the team
  • Be friendly and professional when speaking with clients on-site

THIS JOB IS FOR YOU IF:

You’re punctual, dependable, and safety-minded
You take pride in healthy, green lawns
You enjoy working outdoors and seeing the results of your effort
You’re C03 certified to apply pesticides in Tennessee (or actively working toward it)

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
