Duties

• Safely operate spray equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control solutions accurately across various lawn and landscape sites
• Conduct thorough inspections of lawns to identify pest issues, weed growth, and other landscaping concerns, then develop tailored treatment plans
• Prepare and calibrate spray mixtures according to product specifications and environmental regulations
• Drive company vehicles to different job sites while adhering to all safety protocols and traffic laws
• Maintain detailed records of treatments applied, locations serviced, and materials used for compliance and quality assurance purposes
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain treatment procedures, answer questions, and provide lawn care recommendations
• Assist with general landscaping tasks using hand tools or power equipment as needed to support overall site health

Requirements

• Proven experience or knowledge in sales related to lawn care or pest control services is a plus
• Familiarity with pest control techniques, lawn care practices, farming methods, or landscaping is highly desirable
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving commercial vehicles preferred
• Strong understanding of agriculture or farming principles related to turf management is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions for extended periods
• Willingness to obtain necessary certifications related to pest control or pesticide application as required by local regulations
