Lawn Technician

Well established, growing company is seeking a motivated individual with a strong work ethic to perform lawn care/fertilization services on a residential customer route.

Duties include:

• Application of fertilizer and pesticides to lawns and ornamental shrubs
• Diagnosis and treatment of insect and/or disease activity
• Customer relations and communication
• Route management
• Maintenance and care of a company vehicle
• Efficient time management
• Occasional lifting of 25-50 lbs.

Education and experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate preferred but not required
• At least 1 year experience in the lawn and landscape or pest control industry preferred but not required
• Active FL driver's license with clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check

Other requirements include:

• Must enjoy working outdoors in the summertime
• Basic math skills to perform simple calculations
• Able to use navigation and maps efficiently
• Have the ability to communicate with people
• Self motivated and able to work independently
