Responsibilities

• Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers accurately following safety protocols and pesticide management guidelines
• Operate power tools, hand tools, and company vehicles safely and efficiently during outdoor projects
• Conduct pest control treatments targeting insects, rodents, or other pests using chemical agents while following integrated pest management strategies
• Follow strict safety protocols including respiratory protection and confined space entry safety procedures when necessary
• Maintain detailed records of chemical handling, pesticide application, and service visits for compliance and quality assurance

Skills

• Strong knowledge of pesticide application techniques and pest control chemical handling
• Customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about lawn care and pest management services
• Experience with outdoor work environments such as farming, landscaping, or agriculture settings
• Ability to operate company vehicles responsibly and adhere to driving safety standards
• Familiarity with safety protocols including respiratory protection and confined space entry procedures
• Basic entomology understanding for effective pest identification and control strategies
