EKG Lawn Services, LLC team in Midlothian, VA is looking for hard-working, non-smoking lawn technicians that have a clean driving record and great work ethic. This role is responsible for the daily maintenance of our residential lawns, and other landscape maintenance tasks like cleanups and mulching. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, great eye for detail, team player, accountability, and a good attitude. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, and take on additional tasks, and who wants to move up the ladder growing themselves and the business. Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with clean driving record

• Must be able to pass background check (no violent charges or theft) and drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with his or her back turned
• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
• Experience with mowing, trimming, pruning, mulching, etc.
• Experience with power equipment (zero turn mowers, hedge trimmers, etc.)

Responsibilities:
Mowing, string trimming, mulching, shrub trimming, and perform other landscape maintenance tasks.

• Clean up any debris that may be left at the job site.
• Ensure that tools and vehicles are in good working order.
• Maintain the appearance of all vehicles on the property.
• Maintain the equipment and supplies used on the job site (e.g., lawn mowers, leaf blowers).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
