Lawn Care Sales Representative

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing Lawn Care Sales Representative who enjoys meeting new people and wants to build a long-term income stream. Your job is simple: bring in new clients, get them added to the schedule, and our team handles everything from there. No ongoing client management required.

You focus on selling — we take care of the rest.

Make Your Own Schedule

This role gives you complete freedom over your time.
There are no set hours, no clock-in requirements, and no time restraints.

You choose when you work, how much you work, and how you structure your day. Your income is based on your results, not your schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Find and sign up new mowing and landscaping clients
• Provide quick on-site estimates and basic consultations
• Add new clients to the schedule (we handle all service and follow-up)
• Build a personal client base that pays you month after month
• Use your smartphone for communication, photos, and simple apps
• Maintain a clean, reliable personal vehicle for meeting customers

Compensation & Earnings

This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential.

You earn 10-15% on everything you sell:

• Recurring mowing services (ongoing passive income)
• One-time landscaping projects
• Any additional services you upsell

Requirements for the Job

• A clean, presentable personal vehicle
• A smartphone capable of calls, photos, and basic apps
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn basic lawn care and landscaping concepts

Pay: $500.00 - $1,500.00 per week
