Position Overview

The Lawn Care Supervisor will lead a crew of 3–4 team members while overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service, and supporting growth within our lawn care and landscaping division.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew of 3–4 technicians
• Oversee landscaping and lawn care projects from start to finish
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards
• Train and mentor team members
• Assist with and help train on fertilizer application routes
• Maintain clear communication with team and management
• Operate equipment safely and responsibly

Requirements

• 5+ years of lawn care experience required
• Strong knowledge of landscaping and irrigation systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• $26–$30/hour (depending on experience)
