Lawn/Pest Control Specialist

NaturaLawn of America is a locally owned and operated lawn care company specializing in fertilization, weed control, insect and pest management, and lawn establishment. Unlike many lawn care companies, we do not perform mowing, edging, or landscaping services. Our focus is delivering professional lawn treatments to residential homeowners throughout Delaware and Chester Counties.

For more than 30 years, NaturaLawn has used an organic-based lawn care program designed to work with nature while providing added safety for customers, children, pets, and the environment.

Position Overview

Lawn Care Specialists provide professional lawn treatments for residential properties while delivering excellent customer service. Specialists operate company equipment, apply lawn treatments, and represent the company while working independently in the field.

Schedule

Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

✔ No weekend work

Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half after 40 hours.

Compensation & Bonuses

• Hourly pay based on experience and licensing
• $1/hour raise once you obtain your PA pesticide license
• Weekly production bonuses
• Sales commission opportunities
• Average specialist bonus in 2025 was about $100 per week (equivalent to roughly a $2.50/hour increase)

Performance reviews are conducted after 90 days and annually thereafter.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation (public transportation is not available during working hours)
• Ability to lift 65 lbs or more consistently throughout the day
• Must meet company driving standards (recent DUI, at-fault accidents, or excessive speeding violations may disqualify applicants)
