With a reputation for delivering high-quality projects and maintaining integrity and professionalism in all dealings, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a competent and professional Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years of legal experience, preferably in the construction or contracting sectors.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills in both Arabic and English and be well-versed in Saudi labor law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate various types of contracts and agreements (including subcontracts, purchase agreements, and NDAs).
• Provide legal advice and guidance to internal departments on a variety of legal matters.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external legal counsel when needed.
• Ensure the company complies with all relevant Saudi laws and regulations.
• Support in dispute resolution, claims, and litigation.
• Conduct legal risk analysis for new and ongoing projects.
• Maintain and organize legal documentation and case files.
• Stay up to date on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company’s operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in law.
• Minimum 4 years of experience practicing law, preferably in a construction or corporate legal environment.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws, especially labor and commercial laws.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in law or related field.
• Membership in the Saudi Bar Association.
• Experience working in or with contracting companies.
