Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lawyer. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in court, handling legal documentation, conducting legal research, preparing legal reports, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. The Lawyer will also provide counsel on corporate matters and manage client relationships. This role is located in Markaz Tanta.

Qualifications

• Legal advice and representation skills
• Proficiency in handling legal documentation and conducting legal research
• Ability to prepare legal reports and ensure compliance with legal regulations
• Knowledge in corporate law and client relationship management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
• Experience in the legal industry is preferred
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent
• Valid state license to practice law
