Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university
Minimum 3 years of experience in the legal departments of companies and/or law firms
Solid knowledge and experience in Corporate Law; familiarity with M&A and finance-related matters is a plus
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
Strong planning and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong team player with effective time management and follow-up skills
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal consultancy on matters communicated verbally or in writing, by working in coordination with relevant departments within the company and affiliated group companies
Support legal processes related to company formation, mergers & acquisitions, legal due diligence, competition authority applications, etc.
Review all types of contracts the company is a party to, identify potential legal risks, make necessary legal amendments, negotiate terms where required, and finalize the agreements
Manage processes related to intellectual property rights such as licensing and trademarks
Act as the primary contact for ensuring compliance with personal data protection regulations and monitor legal developments and coordinate necessary actions across departments
Follow up on labor law-related matters and processes
Track legal and regulatory changes, assess their impact, and ensure necessary implementation within the organization
Prepare legal documents such as Board Resolutions, public announcements, powers of attorney, etc.
Oversee General Assembly processes, ensure coordination with the Finance Department for the registration and announcement of board resolutions, prepare relevant documentation, and complete central registration system as needed
Draft and manage petitions and correspondence to be submitted to official and private institutions, and follow up on these processes
