Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lawyer at Mustafa Tezcan Mimarlık, located in Konya. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the organization, drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, representing the company in legal proceedings, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The successful candidate will also work closely with different departments to provide legal guidance on various business activities and decisions.

Qualifications

• Legal Research, Analysis, and Problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements
• Knowledge of corporate law, labor law, and real estate law
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent, and a valid license to practice law
• Experience in the architecture or construction industry is a plus
