Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled Lawyer or Legal Researcher to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of professional experience, strong legal research abilities, and excellent drafting and communication skills. Fluency in English is essential, and Arabic-speaking candidates will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research, case analysis, and interpretation of laws and regulations.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, memorandums, and reports.
• Provide legal opinions, support internal teams, and assist in decision-making.
• Monitor and summarize changes in UAE laws and regulations.
• Support legal proceedings, hearings, and litigation preparation when required.
• Maintain accurate legal records and ensure compliance with UAE regulatory frameworks.
• Coordinate with external legal entities, authorities, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in legal research or practice.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic speaking required/preferred (adjust as needed).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in corporate, commercial, or regulatory law.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in legal databases and research tools.
