We are looking for a leader with a legal background who is highly effective at holding teams accountable and ensuring delivery against agreed objectives and timelines. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, excellent governance acumen, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders without losing sight of the bigger picture.

As Manager, you will:

  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring teams deliver on time and to standard.
  • Create a culture of accountability, where responsibilities are clear and progress is tracked.
  • Balance legal, ethical, and governance standards with the need for efficient, results driven operations.
  • Inspire and align people around a shared mission, while making tough decisions to keep the organisation on track.
  • Act as the bridge between the Board and delivery teams, translating strategy into clear, achievable action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the organisation in delivering its strategy, ensuring clarity of goals, responsibilities, and timelines across teams.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed standards.
  • Monitor organisational performance, using KPIs and reporting to the Board.
  • Identify risks to delivery early and implement corrective action.
  • Build strong cross-team collaboration to maximise efficiency and impact.
  • Build a high-performing, accountable culture where teams are empowered but held responsible for results.

Person Specification Essential:

  • Qualified lawyer (solicitor, barrister, or equivalent) with 2-5 years’ experience applying legal skills to organisational or project delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong communicator and influencer, able to align internal teams and inspire external stakeholders.
  • Resilient, decisive, and comfortable making tough calls to maintain delivery momentum.

Desirable:

  • Prior leadership experience where delivery accountability was a core focus.
  • Experience engaging with Boards & Trustees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
