Part Time Lawyer - El-Fujairah, UAE (No English Required/No Experience Needed)

We are looking for a part-time lawyer to join our team in El-Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. We are seeking someone with a legal background and an understanding of legal principles in the UAE. Preference will be given to applicants of Indian nationality, but this is not a requirement. The successful applicant will work part time and have no accommodation provided. No previous experience is necessary, but applicants should have the capacity to learn quickly and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to clients based on UAE law and procedures.
• Research legal documents and relevant precedents.
• Attend court hearings on behalf of clients as required.
• Prepare legal documents such as court filings and pleadings.
• Stay up to date with changes in law that may affect clients.

Qualifications

• Strong research skills and analytical thinking.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain legal concepts clearly.
• Understanding of the UAE legal system.
• No English language requirement stated by the role is noted; candidates who meet the legal tasks and supervision requirements are welcome.
• No previous professional experience is required, but a capacity to learn quickly and work under supervision is expected.
