Lawyer

The Law Office of Lawrence M. Centanni, P.C. is a well-established New Jersey law office with a solid reputation in real estate transactions and landlord-tenant matter, and related civil matters from these two areas of the law. We are seeking a motivated, self-sufficient Associate Attorney to join our growing practice.

Responsibilities

• Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing
• Manage landlord-tenant litigation matters, including court appearances
• Draft pleadings, motions, certifications, and correspondence
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, lenders, title companies, and municipal offices
• Maintain ownership of assigned files with accountability for deadlines and follow-through
• Appear in court independently and represent clients professionally

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey
• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience (real estate, litigation, or related practice areas)
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing files independently and making judgment calls
• Courtroom experience strongly preferred
• Professional, reliable, and responsive work style

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary up to $150,000, based on experience and demonstrated ability
