Job Summary Immediate opportunity for semi-part time remote work. Could be full time in the near future.

Be a shark, not a flounder! We need an aggressive, assertive, pro active and cutting edge, creative attorney to assist in several important, potentially lucrative lawsuits. Some ground breaking; all exciting. All work will be taking corporations, the government, individuals and predators, like landlords and abusive employers, to mention a few, to task.

We are not muckrakers, and we are not seeking out a modern day "Willie Whiplash". Several cases have been brought to light that could bring the plaintiffs huge paydays, but more importantly, have some positive impact on moving the needle back to where it used to be. Protecting citizens from abuses; at work, in life and at home.

The work will be Circuit Civil, Federal and Appellate. Online fraud, Social Media, Local Government, Board of elections, The P.D., realtors, big retail, Insurance companies, and everybody's favorite nursing homes are in our cross hairs. We have both political parties in our site along with Facebook and Google. Be prepared to write bullet proof pleadings, dismantle motions to dismiss, and obliterate motiond for summary judgment.

This role requires exceptional legal research skills, the ability to draft legal documents, and a commitment to advocating and not knuckling under.

Duties

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.

• Strong skills in legal writing and drafting.
