Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Lawyer to join our team in Irving, TX. This is an on-site position.

The ideal candidate will:

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft/review contracts, motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stay current with changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients and assist in developing case strategies.

Experience: 2–5 years of professional legal experience preferred.

Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 annually

Qualifications

• Strong legal research, drafting, and writing skills with the ability to provide clear and concise analysis.
• Experience in client representation, case preparation, and negotiation; solid understanding of court procedures.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail, focus, and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
• Proficiency in legal software and case management tools.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal laws; prior experience in a law firm or as a practising attorney is highly desirable.
• Fast learner, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality legal services.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
