Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lawyer to provide legal advice, draft and review legal documents, represent the organization in legal matters, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on corporate, civil, criminal, labor, or commercial matters (as applicable).
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, notices, and legal documents.
• Represent the organization or clients in courts, tribunals, and other legal proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and analyze laws, regulations, and case precedents.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external counsels, government authorities, and stakeholders.
• Handle litigation management, case documentation, and filing.
• Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain proper records of legal cases and documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree (LLM) is a plus.
• Enrollment with the Bar Council.
• Proven experience as a practicing lawyer or legal advisor.
• Strong knowledge of applicable laws and legal procedures.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in corporate/legal compliance.
• Familiarity with contract management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.

Pay: ₹9,550.24 - ₹53,375.87 per month
