We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Lawyer to join our team and provide comprehensive legal support to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on corporate, commercial, and operational matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Handle legal disputes, claims, and litigation matters in coordination with external legal counsel when required.
• Advise management on legal risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support debt recovery and collection processes.
• Review company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
• Manage relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders.
• Conduct legal research and monitor changes in legislation that may impact the business.
• Protect the company's interests in all legal and contractual matters.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within the construction, building materials, trading, or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of UAE commercial, corporate, labor, and contract law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
