Lawyer (Arabic Speaking)

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and agreements
  • Provide legal advice on corporate and civil matters
  • Handle client communications and follow up on ongoing legal cases and matters
  • Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies
  • Manage company registrations, renewals, approvals, and related legal procedures
  • Work efficiently with UAE government portals and online systems
  • Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and legal requirements
  • Maintain accurate legal records and documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years of legal experience in the UAE
  • Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Strong knowledge of UAE government portals and legal processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
