Lawyer / Legal Advisor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lawyer / Legal Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal support, ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, and manage all legal matters related to the company’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and contractual matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
• Ensure company compliance with UAE laws and regulations
• Represent the company in legal proceedings when required
• Prepare legal documents, letters, and internal policies
• Liaise with external legal entities, government departments, and regulatory bodies
• Conduct legal research on relevant legislation and industry requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree is an advantage
• Minimum 2-4 years of legal experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, commercial law, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical, communication, and drafting skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Arabic language proficiency is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
