About the Role

We are seeking Lawyers and Legal Associates (Freshers, Interns, Practicing, and Experienced) to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts, agreements, notices, petitions, and affidavits.
• Assist with company registration, ROC filings, corporate structuring, and compliance.
• Provide startup legal support including funding documentation, shareholder agreements, and due diligence.
• Handle IPR-related matters: trademark, copyright, and patent filings, oppositions, and renewals.
• Support in court hearings, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and provide advisory notes on corporate, taxation, labor, and IPR matters.

Qualifications

• LLB/LLM graduates (Freshers, Trainees, or Experienced).
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Interest in corporate law, startup ecosystem, IPR, and litigation.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
