Lawyer (Only Emirati national)

Job Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Emirati Lawyer to join our expanding legal team. The successful candidate will bring a solid command of UAE legislation, courtroom advocacy, and legal procedures, along with hands-on experience managing litigation, advisory work, and client representation.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in various litigation matters before UAE courts.
• Provide strategic legal guidance across civil, commercial, corporate, and regulatory issues.
• Prepare, review, and refine legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and memoranda.
• Carry out detailed legal research and case assessments to support ongoing matters.
• Communicate and coordinate with law enforcement entities, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Attend hearings, trials, arbitration sessions, and mediation proceedings as required.
• Advise individual and corporate clients on UAE legal requirements, compliance matters, and risk management.
• Remain up to date on legislative changes, new regulations, and relevant court judgments.
• Engage in settlement discussions and alternative dispute resolution processes when appropriate.
• Guide, support, and oversee junior lawyers, trainees, and legal interns.

Qualifications & Requirements

• UAE National (Emirati) holding a valid license to practice law in the UAE.
• 3–5 years of professional legal experience within the UAE.
• Strong courtroom presence and proven litigation capabilities.
• Thorough understanding of UAE laws, regulations, and judicial procedures.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English , spoken and written.
• Exceptional skills in legal drafting, research, analysis, and negotiation.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work efficiently under time pressure.
• Established professional relationships with legal authorities or industry peers is an added advantage.
