Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Lawyer with over 10 years of expertise in the GCC region, particularly in Bahrain. The successful candidate will provide strategic legal guidance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters within the GCC region
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Identify and mitigate legal risks, and support dispute resolution, including litigation and arbitration
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel to support business objectives
• Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments, with a focus on Bahrain and the GCC

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; advanced legal qualifications are a plus
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant legal experience, with strong exposure to GCC markets, especially Bahrain
• In-depth knowledge of corporate, commercial, and labor laws within the GCC
• Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)

• Experience advising across multiple industries
• Familiarity with regional and international regulatory frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal matters and high-value negotiations
