About Us:

We are an international consulting firm specializing in accounting support, tax structuring, business registration, and legal tax protection. Due to company expansion, we are seeking a Head of Legal Department to lead our legal team and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Providing legal support to clients in UAE jurisdictions, including corporate structuring, company formation, licensing, contract drafting, and immigration matters;
• Independently managing client cases end-to-end, including complex, non-standard, and reputation-sensitive projects;
• Supporting transactions and business structuring projects, including M&A and investment transactions;
• Liaising with government authorities, free economic zones, and regulatory bodies;
• Monitoring changes in UAE and GCC legislation, assessing legal risks, and preparing recommendations for clients;
• Participating in the preparation of commercial proposals and legal risk assessments for new projects.

Requirements:

• Proven practical experience working with UAE jurisdictions (corporate law, licensing, banking, immigration, compliance);
• Strong understanding of the UAE legal system, including free economic zones and financial centers (DIFC, ADGM, etc.);
• Experience in independently managing transactions and projects, including elements of M&A and investment structuring;
• Fluent English (both written and spoken);
• Previous consulting experience will be considered an advantage.
