Layout Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Layout Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, structuring, and refining page layouts for print and digital platforms, ensuring visually appealing, user-friendly, and brand-consistent designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop layouts for brochures, magazines, advertisements, packaging, reports, and digital content.
• Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to produce visually compelling designs.
• Ensure that typography, color schemes, imagery, and spacing align with brand guidelines.
• Prepare final layouts for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Adapt designs for different formats, such as social media, websites, mobile, and print.
• Maintain consistency of design across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 2–5 years of professional Layout design experience.
• Proven experience as a layout designer, graphic designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, grid systems, and composition.
• Knowledge of print production processes and digital publishing standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
