L&D Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated L&D Specialist to join our team and support training operations and learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain training records, attendance, evaluations, and certifications.

- Create and track pre- & post-training assessments.

- Prepare regular L&D reports and dashboards.

- Support LMS administration and management (training will be provided).

- Coordinate with instructors and freelance trainers.

- Measure training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and ROI.

- Review training readiness with trainers (course maps, lesson plans, presentations, activities, and assessments).

- Ensure training materials align with instructional design standards and learning objectives.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree.

- 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Operations.

- Knowledge of instructional design principles.

- Understanding of training evaluation methods.

- High attention to detail with strong follow-up skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- TOT (Training of Trainers) is a plus.
