This role directly supports the
Practice Partner (Learning and Development)
, acting as the backbone for business growth, proposal development, content creation, and operational support across client engagements. It is a hybrid role blending:

Business Development (BD) support

Practice coordination and client communication
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development Support
-
Support lead generation, pipeline management, and partner deal flow
-
Coordinate outreach, meetings, and follow-ups for practice growth
-
Assist in managing partnerships and client touchpoints
2. Proposal & RFP Development
-
Draft professional proposals, scopes of work, and pricing breakdowns
-
Support RFP responses, formatting, storytelling, and submission readiness
-
Build executive-grade slides and documents using Canva Pro, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Word
3. Social Media & Thought Leadership Support
-
Develop, schedule, and post content on LinkedIn and social media
-
Support recommendation gathering, testimonials posting and engagement tracking
-
Maintain consistent premium visual identity and copy style for the practice
4. Executive Office & Practice Support

Manage partner calendar, coordination, and logistics
-
Assist in client communication, briefing notes, and internal cadence tracking

Support workshop coordination, coaching circles planning, and follow-up content
