About Us

What You’ll Do
As an 2-3's Preschool teacher, you will:

• Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
• Support a classroom environment built on kindness, curiosity, and responsibility
• Participate in outdoor learning in various weather conditions
• Lead hands-on projects that promote social-emotional, cognitive, and physical growth
• Adjust instruction to meet individual learning needs
• Communicate regularly with families regarding progress and goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment
• Model professionalism, positive interactions, and effective problem-solving

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with infants and toddlers in an early childhood setting
• Understanding of child development and play-based learning
• Willingness to participate in outdoor, nature-based, and sensory activities
• Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
• Clear and professional communication with children, families, and colleagues

Education Requirements
12 post-secondary semester units in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, including:

• Child Growth and Development
• Child, Family, and Community
• Program and Curriculum
• ECE Elective (Infant/Toddler Development required for infant classrooms)

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
• Benefits: Employee discount, Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday; occasional weekends as needed
• Work Location: In person

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
