Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead 2's Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in an early childhood education setting. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
• Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social-emotional development through effective classroom management and behavior management techniques.
• Deliver engaging lessons tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers and preschool-aged children, incorporating activities that promote childhood development and early intervention strategies.
• Monitor and assess individual student progress using standardized testing tools and formative assessments; adapt teaching approaches accordingly.
• Foster strong communication with families to discuss child welfare, progress updates, and collaborative strategies for supporting each child's growth.
• Manage daily classroom routines, ensuring safety protocols are followed in childcare settings such as daycare or private schools.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary activities, organize tutoring sessions if needed, and ensure a cohesive educational approach across classrooms.

Experience

• Prior classroom experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across subjects including literacy education, math, physical education, and special education techniques.
• Experience with classroom management strategies that promote positive behavior and child welfare.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention practices, and Montessori or similar educational philosophies is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members while maintaining a supportive learning environment.
• Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and lesson planning tailored for early learners is preferred.

Classroom MVP / Closer (Part-Time | 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

Here We Grow Early Learning Academy is looking for a dependable and caring Assistant Teacher/Classroom MVP to support our classrooms and help close out the day strong. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, staying active, and being part of a supportive team.

What You’ll Do

• Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities
• Support children during learning, play, and transitions
• Assist with lunch service, cleanup, and classroom organization
• Help maintain a clean, safe environment that meets Here We Grow Academy standards
• Change diapers and assist with toileting as needed
• Use our childcare app to assist with posting daily updates and photos
• Post approved content to our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok pages as directed
• Support end-of-day routines and help close classrooms smoothly

Who We’re Looking For

• Someone comfortable changing diapers and working hands-on with children
• Dependable, punctual, and reliable
• Able to clean and maintain classrooms to academy expectations
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using apps and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Has reliable transportation
• A team player with a positive attitude

• Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Must be available to assist with closing routines
