Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead 2's Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in an early childhood education setting. This dynamic role involves designing engaging curricula, implementing effective classroom management strategies, and fostering a positive environment that promotes growth, curiosity, and learning. As a Lead 2's Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting children's developmental milestones, ensuring their safety and well-being, and collaborating with families and colleagues to create an enriching educational experience. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social-emotional development through effective classroom management and behavior management techniques.
- Deliver engaging lessons tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers and preschool-aged children, incorporating activities that promote childhood development and early intervention strategies.
- Monitor and assess individual student progress using standardized testing tools and formative assessments; adapt teaching approaches accordingly.
- Foster strong communication with families to discuss child welfare, progress updates, and collaborative strategies for supporting each child's growth.
- Manage daily classroom routines, ensuring safety protocols are followed in childcare settings such as daycare or private schools.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary activities, organize tutoring sessions if needed, and ensure a cohesive educational approach across classrooms.
Experience
- Prior classroom experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across subjects including literacy education, math, physical education, and special education techniques.
- Experience with classroom management strategies that promote positive behavior and child welfare.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention practices, and Montessori or similar educational philosophies is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members while maintaining a supportive learning environment.
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and lesson planning tailored for early learners is preferred.

Classroom MVP / Closer (Part-Time | 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
Here We Grow Early Learning Academy is looking for a dependable and caring Assistant Teacher/Classroom MVP to support our classrooms and help close out the day strong. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, staying active, and being part of a supportive team.
What You’ll Do
- Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities
- Support children during learning, play, and transitions
- Assist with lunch service, cleanup, and classroom organization
- Help maintain a clean, safe environment that meets Here We Grow Academy standards
- Change diapers and assist with toileting as needed
- Use our childcare app to assist with posting daily updates and photos
- Post approved content to our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok pages as directed
- Support end-of-day routines and help close classrooms smoothly
Who We’re Looking For
- Someone comfortable changing diapers and working hands-on with children
- Dependable, punctual, and reliable
- Able to clean and maintain classrooms to academy expectations
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using apps and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Has reliable transportation
