Lead Accounting Analyst - SMP Saudi Aramco

We are seeking a Lead Accounting Analyst with more than 10 years of experience in finance and accounting to work at Saudi Aramco. The role involves leading financial planning, reporting, governance, and business partnering activities while supporting finance integration and operational excellence initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or CFA are preferred
• MBA or postgraduate degree is considered an advantage
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial controlling, or consulting
• Experience as a Financial Controller, CFO, or within a major consulting firm is preferred
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance
• Experience in finance business partnering and management reporting
• Knowledge of end-to-end finance processes including Record to Report (R2R), Request to Pay (R2P), and Order to Cash (O2C)
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience across multiple industries and large organizations is a plus
