Key Skills –
1. Book Keeping / Accounting
- Responsible for all book keeping / accounting processes of all the transactions of the company as per ICAI / Best practices
- Monitoring and supervising all financial and commercials transactions of the Company
- Implementing / Altering the checks and balances processes to ensure integrity of the financial transactions
- Close books of accounts for monthly and yearly reporting
- Prepare balance sheet and profit & loss account for the month / year
- Scrutiny of books for proper entries in the books
- Make sure all expenses and incomes are properly recorded and necessary provisions are taken
- Check all assets and liabilities are recorded correctly
- Match bank balances, loans, and capital accounts
- Ensure everything is correct for audit and reporting
- Undergoing statutory / tax audit and resolving queries
- Match sales as per books with GST returns and actual invoices
- Annual / Quarterly/ Monthly Reconciliation: Sales with GST / 26 AS, Debtors, Creditors, Bank, Compliances, Payroll
2. GST Filing
- Prepare and file monthly returns like GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B
- Match purchase data with GSTR-2A or 2B to claim input tax credit
- Resolve issues relating mismatches between accounts and GST data, if any
- Filing of Annual GST return under GSTR 9C
3. TDS Return Filing
- Deduct TDS from payments like salary, rent, or professional fees
- Calculate and process monthly salaries with TDS and deductions
- Deposit TDS on time to the government
- File quarterly / annual TDS returns
- Calculate and process monthly salaries with TDS and deductions
4. Banking & Treasury Management
- Cash Flow management
- Approval of Salary & other expenses processing as per schedule
- Maintain checks and balances for all the bank transactions

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
