Lead Aesthetic NP/PA

The Opportunity

We’re launching a stealth-mode, hospitality-forward aesthetics program in Cherry Hill that combines medical-grade outcomes with a luxury guest experience. This role is for a true expert—an NP or PA who can own clinical quality, treat at a high level, and help build the program from scratch (protocols, training, and team culture).

This is not a “clock in and inject” position. You will be the clinical standard-setter and a hands-on leader.

What You’ll Do

1) Deliver elite treatments (you will treat regularly)

• Perform and/or oversee injectables (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators where appropriate) with a natural, high-safety aesthetic.
• Perform and/or oversee laser-based services: hair removal, photofacials/skin correction, pigment/vascular, resurfacing (depending on devices and scope), and energy-based modalities.
• Conduct consultations, assess candidacy/contraindications, and create longitudinal treatment plans and packages/series.

2) Build the clinical program + protocols

• Develop treatment protocols, pre/post care, consent workflows, complication management pathways, and documentation standards.
• Create training and competency checklists for injectables and lasers.
• Help select devices, consumables, and skincare lines (clinical + retail), and set standards for maintenance and safety.

3) Player-coach leadership

• Lead by doing: maintain a book, but also coach and develop the team.
• Train/mentor other injectors/laser staff (NP/PA/RN/esthetician depending on scope), including shadowing, technique calibration, and chart/treatment plan review.
• Ensure a consistent “Signature” experience—excellent outcomes + excellent bedside manner.

4) Operational partnership

• Work closely with operations to build scheduling templates, room flow, supply chain, inventory, and daily huddles.
• Own KPIs: utilization, rebook rate, treatment plan conversion, complication rate, reviews/NPS, retail conversion, and revenue per treatment hour.

Who You Are

• NP or PA with strong aesthetics experience, specifically:
• Laser hair removal + skin correction (IPL/BBL/laser/resurfacing depending on your experience)
• Injectables (toxins + fillers; advanced experience strongly preferred)
• Experienced in a high-standard clinical environment (med spa, plastics, derm, boutique aesthetic clinic).
• A builder: you’ve created protocols, trained staff, improved consistency, or helped scale a practice.
• Calm, clinically rigorous, and hospitality-minded—clients trust you immediately.

Requirements

• Active NJ NP or PA license (and prescribing authority if NP where applicable).
• Documented training/experience with lasers and injectables.
• Strong preference for candidates who have trained others or led a team.

Compensation

Highly competitive; structured as:

• Base pay + performance bonus + production/commission upside
• Optional longer-term incentives for the right founding leader

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
