Lead AI Systems Architect – Autonomous Maritime Project

Project Overview: Rass Oil and Energy FZC is launching an industry-first project to transform our tanker vessel, Hermes, into a fully integrated Smart Vessel. We are building a dual-layered AI ecosystem that functions independently in oceanic environments (Offline/Edge Computing), managing everything from mechanical health to crew productivity.

The Mission: You will lead the design of an autonomous "Vessel Brain" that integrates 24-camera computer vision, acoustic sensor analysis, and mechanical PLC monitoring into a unified Multi-Agent AI Desk.

Key Technical Pillars: * Mechanical & Electrical Surveillance: Integration of AI with vessel PLC systems, gauges, and sensors (Fuel, Oil, Water, Spare Parts monitoring).

* Computer Vision & Audio Intelligence: Face/Object recognition and acoustic monitoring for safety and mechanical anomaly detection.

* Intranet Edge Infrastructure: Deployment of high-performance GPU servers capable of running complex AI models without internet dependency.

* AI-Driven CRM & HR: Automated crew management—assigning daily tasks via AI agents, auditing performance through visual verification, and managing productivity scoring.

* Agentic Orchestration: Developing a consultative framework where AI agents collaborate to provide professional directives to the Master and Chief Officers.

Who You Are: * A Senior AI Architect with a background in Industrial IoT or Robotics.

* Expert in Computer Vision (YOLO, OpenCV) and Agentic Frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI).

* Hands-on experience with Edge Computing and Dockerized deployments in air-gapped environments.

* Proven ability to bridge the gap between high-level AI logic and low-level industrial hardware.
