Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traditional data science, building AIML solutions and working with different model building, finetuning, deploying and maintaining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, deploy and maintain AI, ML, GenAI models to solve business problems.
• Develop scripts to integrate those models into new or existing application flow.
• Study and transform data science prototypes and apply appropriate algorithms, tools and frameworks.
• Conceptualise and solve complex problems with multi-layered datasets and optimise the existing flow and frameworks.
• Work with sample data sets to generate prototypes and generate reasonably accurate outcomes.
• Identify data gaps and complexities in data distribution that could potentially impact model performance in real world scenarios.
• Work with applications deployed in cloud infrastructure and services across AWS, Google Cloud, and Firebase.
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
• Support deployment and continuous integration/delivery pipelines.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, cloud services, and best practices.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• 7 to 10 years of experience in Data Science with recent experience in AIML and GenAI technologies.
• Strong proficiency in Python, OOPS and Design Patterns.
• Hands-on experience in building AI/ML models, including classical ML, NLP, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering and RAG based Architecture.
• In-depth experience of ML Algorithms and their implementation, libraries, frameworks across various providers.
• Hands-on experience with both SQL & No-SQL databases
• Hands-on experience in building at least one end-to-end ML project from inception to production.
• Solid experience in integrating AI/ML into existing applications.
• Experience in Data Governance for AI/ML related projects.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify and explain complex algorithmic details to customers and sr. stakeholders.

• Based in Mangalore, or willing to relocate upon appointment.
