Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Animation Creator who will be responsible for creating high-quality animations and motion graphics for our brand. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, where the candidate will work closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver engaging visual content on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality 2D/3D animations and motion graphics
• Lead animation projects from concept development to final execution
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to meet business objectives
• Develop storyboards, animation flows, and visual concepts
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and quality standards
• Manage timelines and handle multiple deliverables efficiently
• Use AI-powered creative tools to enhance animation workflows, speed, and output quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of professional experience in animation or motion design
• Proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, Maya, or similar software
• Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools such as Runway, Pika Labs, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or equivalent platforms
• Strong understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail with a structured and professional approach

Additional Information

Portfolio or relevant sample work is mandatory.
Candidates who submit a portfolio or relevant work samples will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
