Position Overview
Avocet Aviation Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic to provide technical and operational leadership within our growing Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operation. This position serves as a key liaison between Maintenance, Quality Control, and Management while ensuring all aircraft maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with FAA regulations, approved technical data, and company procedures.
The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, advanced troubleshooting capabilities, and a commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform aircraft maintenance duties requiring standing, walking, bending, climbing, and working in confined or elevated areas. Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds, safely use maintenance tools and equipment, work in various environmental conditions, wear required PPE, and meet airport security access requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
