Lead Architect

A leading multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking an experienced Lead Architect to oversee the design and delivery of complex architectural projects across the region. This role will lead design teams, ensure technical excellence, and manage project coordination from concept through to construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of architects and designers across multiple projects
• Oversee design development from concept to detailed design and IFC stages
• Ensure design intent, quality, and compliance are maintained throughout all phases
• Coordinate with internal disciplines and external consultants
• Review and approve drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Act as the main architectural point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Support project delivery teams during construction and site coordination
• Drive programme, resource planning, and team performance

Key Requirements

• 8–12+ years’ experience in architectural design and delivery
• Proven experience managing and mentoring architectural teams
• Strong proficiency in Revit (essential)
• Experience delivering large-scale projects (high-rise, mixed-use, or masterplans)
• Solid understanding of technical detailing, construction processes, and local regulations
• Previous experience within a reputable consultancy environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
