Next Engineering Consultants is seeking a Lead Architect with 15 years of experience to join the team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong architectural expertise, proven leadership skills, and a solid track record of delivering high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and develop innovative solutions.
• Prepare drawings, presentations, and detailed design documents.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and project stakeholders.
• Ensure design quality, compliance with standards, and timely project delivery.
• Mentor junior architects and support project teams with managerial guidance.
• Oversee project execution from concept to completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Over 15 years of experience in architectural design.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi regulations and codes.
• Established professional network with local authorities and master developers.
• Strong managerial and leadership skills.
• Good Knowledge in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• High creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
