Job Title : Lead Architect – International Projects

Job Overview:

This role involves designing residential structures, from single-family homes to larger developments. The architect translates client needs into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs, ensuring they are safe, structurally sound, and compliant with all relevant laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Discuss project goals, requirements, budget, and site specifics with clients to understand their needs.
• Design & Planning: Develop architectural concepts, prepare scaled drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software like AutoCAD and Revit.
• Technical Documentation: Create construction documents, including detailed plans for structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to all AUS building codes, zoning regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordination: Liaise and coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other professionals throughout the design and construction phases.
• Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Site Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve issues, ensuring the project aligns with the architectural plans.
• Presentation: Prepare and present design proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
• Licensure: A professional license as an Architect is often required.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural and 3D modeling tools.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of structural systems, building materials, and construction methods.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Experience: Proven experience in residential design projects, supported by a strong portfolio.
