We are seeking an experienced Lead Automotive Technician to help lead our 3-bay repair facility in Lexington, Virginia. This position is ideal for a technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to play a key role in the success of a growing repair center.

Our shop performs a wide variety of services, ranging from routine maintenance and brakes to advanced diagnostics, drivability concerns, suspension work, engine repairs, and major mechanical services. What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle concerns
• Perform maintenance services, brake repairs, steering and suspension repairs, and major mechanical work
• Complete engine, cooling system, driveline, and electrical repairs
• Assist with diagnostics and troubleshooting of drivability concerns
• Help maintain shop productivity, efficiency, and quality standards
• Support and mentor developing technicians
• Communicate repair needs and findings with service advisors and management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to perform repairs ranging from basic maintenance to major mechanical work
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Virginia State Inspector License preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
