Lead Automotive Technician

Responsibilities:

- Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned
- Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Repair and replace various automotive components, including powertrain, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems
- Perform diesel engine repairs and maintenance
- Conduct tire services, including mounting, balancing, and rotation
- Utilize power tools and other equipment to complete repair tasks
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repair procedures

Skills:

- Proficient in welding techniques for automotive repairs
- Strong sales skills to effectively communicate with customers and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance services
- Extensive knowledge of automotive diagnostics to accurately identify and troubleshoot issues
- Experience in powertrain repairs and maintenance
- Expertise in diesel engine repair and maintenance
- Familiarity with tire services, including mounting, balancing, and rotation
- Ability to maintain and operate power tools and other equipment safely
- Knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) technology in modern vehicles
- Comprehensive understanding of automotive repair procedures
