Lead Automotive Technician

Position Summary:

The Lead Technician diagnoses and performs complex repairs, mentors lower-level techs, and

ensures repairs are completed to industry standards and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

 Perform diagnostics and advanced repairs on all vehicle systems

 Provide guidance to C/B technicians and apprentices

 Inspect vehicles and verify completed work

 Maintain accurate documentation of work performed

 Assist with workflow and repair quality control

Requirements:

 ASE Certifications preferred or equivalent experience

 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience

 Proficient in diagnostics, drivability, and electrical systems

 Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
