Lead Automotive Technician (A-Level / Master Level) @ High Volume Shop

Location: Yukon/OKC Area
Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour (Flat Rate with Guaranteed Base)
Bonus: 2,500 Sign-on Bonus for ASE Master Certified

• Data Access: Full ALLDATA Repair® & Identifix Direct Hit subscriptions.
• Diagnostics: Latest Autel scanners and in-house module programming capabilities.
• Workflow: 100% Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) to streamline approvals.
• Infrastructure: Well-maintained lifts and free customer towing to keep them full.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnostics: Lead the charge on advanced electrical, driveability, and computer-related issues.
• Wide-Ranging Repairs: Execute engine, suspension, and heavy-line work with OEM precision.
• Quality Control: Ensure every vehicle leaving your bay meets our "fixed right the first time" standard.
• Team Leadership: Act as a mentor to B-Level and C-Level techs to keep the shop flow moving and more bays available for you.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• ASE Certifications (L1/Master Tech preferred).
• Your own professional-grade toolset.
• A "fix it right" attitude and pride in your workspace.
