Lead Backend Developer

Overview

TPLEX is seeking an experienced Lead Backend Developer to join our dynamic development team. This role requires strong technical leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of backend developers
• Design and architect scalable backend solutions
• Code review and ensure code quality standards
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders
• Drive technical decisions and best practices
• Manage project timelines and deliverables
• Participate in code development and debugging
• Conduct technical interviews and team building
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years in backend development
• 2+ years in team lead or senior developer role
• Strong proficiency in backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, etc.)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of microservices and cloud architecture
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  
  

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps practices, agile methodologies, and security best practices is preferred.
