We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer with prior expertise in designing and developing high-performance backend systems on Cloud. This role would be responsible for building backend capabilities for our app and accelrate our growth initiatives..
1. 6+ years of hands-on experience in programming with Golang or Python
2. Strong understanding of Realtime Systems, Redis, Websockets, Event-Driven Architectures
3. Expertise in databases such as MySQL, Firestore, Realtime Database
4. Proficiency in cloud platforms like GCP and experience with CI/CD tools
5. Experience with monitoring tools and performance optimization
6. Passion for mentoring and grooming engineers
7. Curious about learning new tools, discovering innovations, setting up new processes to make us better
8. Knowledge of algorithmic trading strategies and financial markets
